Right of Cancellation

You have the right, save for the exceptions referred to below, to cancel the purchase without the need to give us any reason within 14 days from the date the goods are received by you in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us in writing (Wilkens & Söhne GmbH, An der Silberpräge, 28309 Bremen, kontakt@wilkensundsoehne.com, telephone: +49 (0)421 4103 0) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract.

You may use the returns form below, but you are not obliged to do so.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier took or has taken possession of the last part consignment or the last item.

You must also return the goods to us immediately, unused, in their original packaging without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation. We will carry the cost of returning the goods to us. You shall be liable for any damage to the goods or loss in value, which is due to improper or negligent handling of the goods when checking appearance, properties or functioning of the goods.

Refund Policy

Provided that the terms of this policy are complied with, we agree to immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

This right of cancellation does not apply to personalised goods (which includes engraved goods) or goods made to your specifications.
